1. What kind of Payment terms can you support?
T/T30% deposit and 70% balance),L/C, Cash are acceptable.
2. How about the Delivery time?
Generally within 7-15days after receiving 30% deposit.(Samples will be prepared within 3-5days)
3. What’s the MOQ?
Generally speaking, the MOQ is 10pcs of each item, but we can also provide you samples for quality inspection.
4. What kind of Trade terms can you accept?
EXW,FOB(Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Shantou),CIF.
5. How long is your Product warranty?
All our product warranty is one year.
6. Do you charge for the samples?
Yes, according to company policy, we only charge the samples based on EXW price. We will return the samples fee during the next order.
7. Can you produce according to customer’s design/
Of course, we are professional manufactuer,OEM and ODM art both welcome.
